Mark Albrecht is the owner of Balanced Bodies Exercise and Wellness Therapy. Mark’s philosophy is that you are the one who ultimately fixes and/or changes yourself. His job is to coach, motivate, guide and teach you the tools necessary to affect change.
Mark has been an exercise and wellness practitioner since 1995. He has a Bachelors Degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Texas State University. He also holds certifications from the prestigious CHEK Institute as a CHEK Practitioner Level II and CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach Level II. As a Level II practitioner, Mark is skilled in designing and implementing corrective and performance based exercise programs. As a level II lifestyle coach, Mark teaches how disease and stress are preventable through healthy eating habits, lifestyle management and appropriate exercise.
Mark is also a Functional Diagnostic Nutritionist (FDN). FDN is an integrative approach that uses functional laboratory tests to identify malfunctions and underlying health conditions that are at the root of most health complaints. Mark is also currently studying under Dr. Guy Voyer (M.D. and Doctor Of Osteopathy) to obtain his Diploma in SomaTraining. Dr. Voyer is a world renowned expert on the Fascial Systems of the body. A SomaTrainer is skilled in understanding the fascial system of the human body and how it relates to muscular, spinal and visceral health and function.
Mark’s passion for healthy living is displayed in his teachings. He actually is a living example of what he teaches. Remember, there is only one thing you are guaranteed to keep for a lifetime—YOUR BODY!!
